Topeak QR BeamRack RX Bicycle Rack (E Type ) Review

This thing works quite well for carrying a small pack on a carbon bike.It's easy to mount and plenty strong, given it's low weight.The mating Topeak bag goes on and off easily and is convenient to use.Fully loaded for a weekend trip (staying in hotels) my rack and bag came to about 7 lbs, which is light enough not to be much of a drag.

I found that the rack mounting settled-in a bit after the first few miles of riding, so be sure to tighten up the screws after a bit.And be sure that you don't use this on a carbon seatpost.Topeak says this in their user guide, but they could make it clearer in the sales literature.
