The bike rack will carry a couple of bikes but the quality is pretty poor.Very cheaply made, very bad 'paint' that flakes off when you tighten any of the bolts.Rusts instantly (Really!!!) Some of the bolt holes do not hold the bolts properly for tightening, so you will probably need a vice-grips for assembly.

You will need to add padding to the vertical posts that you fasten the bikes to unless you don't mind scratching up your bikes.

Figure on a can of gloss black spray enamel to touch up anywhere a tool touches and padding for the uprights and you will have a functional bike rack.Takes about 30 minutes to assemble if you work reasonably fast.
